How do I clean my product?
An upholstery cleaner should be used on the fabric of BetterBack products. All other fabrics should be hand washed with a mild detergent, rinsed thoroughly and air dried. The products should never be tumble dried.

Can Jobri Drop Ship to the end customer for a retailer?
YES. We may charge a Drop Ship fee where applicable.
Would Jobri be open to modifying a product for a customer?
